Our Winning Strategy
The current design made it difficult for users to adjust their preferences and customize their recommendations, leading to a lot of frustration and abandoned shopping carts.
To fix this problem
- I redesigned the app’s user interface to make it easier for users to manage their preferences and customize their recommendations.
- I added a dedicated section in the app’s settings where users could specify their interests and adjust the types of recommendations they receive.
